LONDON!

London has been great so far, didn’t workout the first day because of severe jet lag, but did yoga the next day and the dvd is faulty so that sucks :( But oh well, I have been so busy and been everywhere, so as much as I would love to talk about London right now, I’m taking a much needed nap!!

Did day 3, felt like maybe I didn’t do it 100 percent, or perhaps because I just had a band instead of weights (which part it broke hahaha). I didn’t do abs today, they are too sore from day 1! Tomorrow I will try my best to do both yoga and abs, but it WILL be my first day in London! I leave at 6:50 tonight, AHHHHHH!!!
